    With a knack for crafting expansive power-pop that's satisfyingly full of left-turns, Perth's Michael Savage draws on traditions of the psychedelic sounds of the sixties, and brings them into our modern times, producing music that's as catchy as it is charming.

    Playing solo and on bass for alt-country favourites The Little Lord Street Band, Savage's live prowess has seen him support The Brian Jonestown Massacre, Davey Lane, and Royston Vasie, to name a few.

    A true songwriter Savage's songs are instantly memorable, sure to stay with you long after the last reverberations fade away.

    Mystery Flight is Savage's fourth solo album. Co-produced by Brian Jonestown Massacre's Enrique Maymi, it contains ten songs recorded over five years working on. Lead single Nagano 98 is about the universal experience of spending years wondering what someone is up to. The record has been supported by key Australian and global tastemakers including Triple J as one of their Unearthed talent picks.
