The complete album + 4 bonus tracks - pressed on limited edition 180g vinyl. The great Freddy King (aka Freddie King) was a forceful presence and formidable figure in two of the most prominent blues scenes of Texas and Chicago. Revered by his fans and respected by his peers, King was an innovative instrumentalist and an underrated singer. He moved beyond blues, R&B and soul to make commercial inroads into funk. Rolling Stone magazine ranked him the 15th greatest guitarist of all time. Presented here is his magnificent debut album, Freddy King Sings, originally released by the King label in 1961.
