Disc is clean with couple of very light marks. Plays great! Much of it NM with some patches of very light background noise. Ultrasonically cleaned. Sleeve has medium ring wear, heavy edge wear, a taped up split across the whole top edge, tape along other edges too, a hole punch, light creasing and pen on the rear. Not much of a looker but sounds fantastic! Please see photos on our website
