Dolphin Hyperspace is an electro-jazz duo based in Los Angeles, formed by saxophonist Nicola McCabe and bassist/producer Logan Kane.
Blending the forward-thinking spirit of contemporary jazz with the boundless possibilities of electronic music, the duo crafts a distinctive sound that crosses
complex jazz harmonies and improvisational approaches with synthesizers and electronic textures inspired by the LA beat scene.

The project first emerged with their self-titled debut EP Dolphin Hyperspace in 2020, followed by their first full-length album Mini Giraffe in 2021, quickly
establishing their presence within the vibrant Los Angeles beat and jazz community. Their 2024 sophomore album What Is My Propoise? further expanded their
reach, featuring guest appearances from internationally acclaimed LA-based drummers Louis Cole and Justin Brown. The album’s adventurous sound -
balancing quirky, unpredictable grooves with an undeniable pop sensibility—along with its distinctive dolphin-themed artwork, also gained notable attention in
Japan and helped grow their global audience.

Their upcoming album ECHOLOCATION, scheduled for release in May 2026, continues to push their sound forward while reflecting the current energy of
the Los Angeles jazz and beat scene. In addition to returning collaborators Louis Cole and Justin Brown, the album also features Grammy-nominated pianist
Gerald Clayton, further elevating the project’s musical scope and depth.
